 THE STAFF

Hi I am Chantelle Sharratt - I was appointed manager of the Kirkstead Out of School Club in October 2016. I love working with children and have a lot of experience. When I was just 14 my school sent me to a private nursery as part of an NVQ level 1 childcare placement. This made me realise that my career was destined to be one which involved working with children.  I have continued to gain qualifications to make this possible, gaining experience and qualifications in a range of nursery settings. I am also a single parent and feel this benefits me on a professional level when I am working closely with families. I was a volunteer at South Normabton's Children's Centre for two and a half years and I have also run a toddler group independently. I am Chair of the local advisory board and secretary of a local voluntary organisation called Messy Kidz. I look forward to getting to know all of the children and their parents/carers.

I am enthusiastic and love working with children.
In my spare time I enjoy going to the cinema, listening to music, spending time with my family and friends and going for walks.
