Josie Knowles FOR WEB Manager - Josie Knowles 

After leaving school at 16 years old, Josie went to college to study Health and Social Care. At the age of 18 she began to work in Social Care Settings and over a period of 20 years she worked in a variety of placements, principally with children and families. Josie enrolled in the Open University and qualified as a Social Worker which gave here considerable experience in a range of diverse settings including, child protection, family support, hospital social work, emergency duty, deputy team manager, mental health, residential social work and disability. After a hectic professional life, Josie had a career break and then joined JPAC Ltd in January 2019.

Her interests include, reading, spending time with her family, which involves activities such as bowling,cinema, trampolining, keep fit, baking and meals out with friends. Of course she also likes to have quality 1 to 1 time with her youngest daughter. 

  

 

 

Alasdair-1Playworker - Alasdair Bain

 Alasdair works at Ballifield and Intake. He has a B.A Degree, level 2 certificate in Teaching and Learning, a Sports Leader Certificate, Emergency First Aid and Ballifield Leading Parent Partnership Award. He knows the children at both schools well and  he has worked with the children at Ballifield School as a volunteer helper, lunchtime supervisor and playworker at Amy's House Special Needs facility for the past six and a half years.

 

 

 

 

Diane Gregory St John FisherPlayworker - Diane Gregory

Diane has worked at St John Fisher Catholic School for the past 11 years. Her roles are varied but all are child centred. She works throughout the day in Breakfast Club, Lunchtime Supervision , After School Club and Holiday Club. Whenever she is not working there, she is at Intake, bringing a wealth of experience with her.

We are always happy to welcome new children to the breakfast club. We are usually busy, so it is wise to book.You can be sure your child is safe and having a good breakfast with friends, before they start their school day.
