Welcome to the Staff at Willow Farm

Sarah Webster - Manager of the SettingSarah Webster new

Hello my name is Sarah. I have worked for JPAC Ltd for 15 years. I have two children (young adults!)of my own . One of my children has Special Educational Needs so I have complete empathy and understanding of children and their families with similar circumstances. I have been the manager at Willow Farm for the past 10 years. I have a level 3 diploma in Play Work Management. My other qualifications are listed below:
• Cache Level 2 in Play Work
• Designated Safe Guarding Person
• Paediatric First Aid
• Safe Handling Fire Safety
• Boccia and other Ofsted recommended certificates
During 'Club Time' the children are always at the centre of the process. Having children of my own helps me to be sensitive to the needs of the children in our care and we always try to develop a nurturing atmosphere so that the children feel happy, safe and secure.

I have worked in the Breakfast Club for the past 2 years. I also work at Carlton Forum Leisure Centre where I teach children to swim. I enjoy providing sporty activities for the children which they really enjoy. These activities help the children to develop a range of important skills plus developing their gross motor skills, hand eye co-ordination and of course the ability to co-operate and work with others. For the youngest children the activities also help towards the achievement of the physical aspects of the Early Learning Goals.

Allison Lowe - Assistant Manager

I have worked for JPAC Ltd for several years and am now the Deputy Manager of the Club. I have a bubbly personality and really enjoy working with children. I have gained my Level 3 in Childcare. I am keen to further my career and extend my knowledge for the benefit of the children. I have three children of my own and know how important it is for children to feel happy and secure, particularly after a busy day at school when they can feel tired and sensitive.
